iSensoric Intelligent Sensing System
Powered by the iSensoric intelligent sensing system, it accurately senses the vehicle's shape, automatically adjusts car wash parameters, and updates intelligent car wash data in real time to continuously improve cleanliness and achieve better vehicle washing and care results.

Parking Assist System
Variable frequency speed control wheel alignment and guidance drive, intelligent rear-end collision prevention: Hot-dip galvanized steel base with hardened and thickened steel, large ball bearings and a thickened transmission chain, strong tensile strength and crack resistance, sturdy and durable, capable of simultaneously driving three vehicles.
Principle: The entire steel plate simultaneously drives the safety guide structure. When the vehicle enters the correct position (left front tire in the center of the track), the equipment starts operating. The guide platform automatically corrects the vehicle's entry position, synchronously moving the left and right rear wheels to straighten the vehicle and prevent it from drifting during washing, resulting in side-mounted towing, or the wash brushes getting too close to the vehicle surface.

High-Pressure Water Pre-rinse System
High-Pressure Pre-rinse System: Before the actual car wash, the moving sprayers on the top and sides of the car wash equipment cover the entire car body surface. After soaking, most of the sand and dirt can be separated from the paint, avoiding the danger of sand and mud scratching the paint surface when applying car wash liquid.

Rain Shower System

Polishing and Water Removal System

Car wash equipment liquid supply system
The system uses a digitally controlled metering pump system for liquid supply, featuring a low liquid level alarm function. The tunnel car wash machine uses 15ml of consumables per vehicle, with chemical refill intervals of 200-300 vehicles. (20L)

Car wash brush system

The principle of the current top brush is to control the horizontal brush by setting an analog value. When the horizontal brush pressure is greater than the set analog value, it will automatically control the rise to reduce the negative pressure to the rated value. When the horizontal brush pressure is less than the rated analog value, it will automatically and evenly drop. Therefore, by using analog control technology, the horizontal brush moves evenly and gently when it is contour brushing and will not press on or damage the car.
