High-pressure water pre-flushing system
High-pressure pre-rinse system: Before the actual car wash, the moving sprayers on the top and sides of the car wash equipment spray the entire surface of the vehicle. After one or two minutes of soaking, most of the sand and dirt can be removed from the paint, preventing the risk of scratching the paint when applying car wash liquid.
Foam system
Full-vehicle foam system: Spray car wash foam solution all over the vehicle, ensuring that every inch of the car body is soaked in foam.
Coating System
Car paint surface maintenance: After a full vehicle wash, spray the entire car with water-based wax for a comprehensive treatment of the paint surface, then rinse the car body again with clean water.
Cleaning system
360-degree thorough cleaning: Provides a 360-degree all-around cleaning of the entire car body, with dense bristles reaching even the most difficult-to-reach areas. The imported, specialized car wash foam brushes are soft, don't attract mud or sand, and are gentle on the car and wear-resistant.
Intelligent drying system
Fixed air-drying systems ensure comprehensive safety during car washing through a combination of advanced design and hardware components.
1. Load-bearing design: The equipment's multi-fan load-bearing beams undergo cold-pressing treatment during factory design, resulting in high-strength steel.
2. Installation method: Tailored to the operating environment, the fan installation utilizes reinforced shims and anti-loosening screws to ensure stability and reduce resonance-induced noise. A triangular bracket at the rear of the fan further reinforces the blower while maintaining the correct airflow angle.
3. Intelligent frequency conversion: The fans utilize a frequency conversion slow-start system, starting one at a time to ensure effective airflow and distribute airflow evenly, preventing damage from concentrated air pressure.
4. Noise control: Based on customer responsibility, Selt equips the fans with windproof rings, sound-absorbing pads, and a frequency conversion noise reduction system before shipment, controlling noise at its source and keeping fan noise levels within 60-65 decibels.
