Before each daily car wash, reciprocating car wash machines must undergo the following basic maintenance.
Turn on the fuse switches for the car wash machine's main power supply, air compressor, and distribution box.
1. Wipe the photoelectric sensor mirror.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of oil to the chain for smooth and stable operation.
3. Check if the car wash detergent volume is sufficient and mix with water according to the ratio to ensure effective washing and drying.
4. Check the water collection cup of the water-air separator assembly.
5. Check if the water supply is normal.
6. Check if the water-air separator gauge has pressure.
7. Check if the car wash machine's running track and surrounding environment are clean, smooth, and unobstructed to prevent accidents.
8. Turn on the fuse switches for the car wash machine's main power supply, air compressor, and distribution box.
